Required Navigation Performance is a well-established method of providing safe and reliable access to terrain-challenged airports. 60 members joined Frank Siegers as he shared some unique solutions to solving the industry’s toughest airspace design challenges, and how a data-driven, collaborative approach lead to surprisingly simple ways of achieving large improvements in efficiency.

Frank has worked in the aviation industry for many years, including Cranfield University, Air New Zealand and Virgin Australia. He started his career in the technically unique world of aircraft performance and air-ground datalink, participating in the implementation of RNP-AR on B737-300 aircraft flying into Queenstown, New Zealand. He now leads GE Digital’s Aviation Software business in APAC and China.
