The Next Generation of Airworthiness Professionals

Safety is the bread and butter of all aviation professionals. We are pleased to have IFA CEO, John Vincent, to discuss how we prepare for the future and challenges facing delivering safety.

John will highlight how IFA and the industry
1. The impending shortage of aviation professionals and encourage aviation actors to communicate and cooperate with government education and labour bodies to promote aviation as a profession.
2. Promote the development of promotion and guidance for use by all aviation stakeholders (i.e. Civil Aviation Authorities, industry, international organizations and academia).
3. Facilitate the exchange of knowledge, ideas, best practices and experiences and
4. Encourage collaboration and establish strategies to attract, educate and retain aviation professionals, considering STEM and gender equality.
